  • Pack smart -- Prepare for all occasions (Jeans for parties, Conference clothes, Lots of sunscreen, Rain gear - just in case), Phone charger, Cash
  • Hotel -- Make sure you know your hotel and if possible find one in walking distance
  • Schedule -- Plan your days to ensure you see all the acts and go to all the events that are most important.  Get the mobile app and pace yourself.  Don't feel like you have to see everything.
